Poppas Wooden Toys will send all orders over $10.00 via Signature Required and Track and Trace, all other orders will be delivered via Standard New Zealand Post.

Orders will be delivered to Rural Delivery addresses at a small additional charge.

RETURNS:

We will replace or exchange if:

• Item is damaged or lost whilst with the courier

• Item is defective

• Item is incorrectly described in the product listing

If we are unable to replace goods we will offer you the choice of a) a credit or b) a refund
